The UFC made it's long awaited return to Japan tonight as the home of the former PRIDE organization played host to UFC 144.

Frankie Edgar and Ben Henderson topped the card as Edgar attempted to defend the UFC Lightweight title. "Rampage" Jackson took on Ryan Bader in the co-main event while Jake Shields also returned to action after a rough 2011.

Fight bonuses:

UFC 144's top performers earned an extra $65,000 for their efforts inside the Octagon last night.

Newly crowned UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson and former Champ Frankie Edgar earned the fight of the night bonus for their five round contest.

Anthony Pettis stunned the crowd with a head kick K.O of Joe Lauzon to rack up the knock out of the night while Vaughan Lee picked up submission of the night for his win over Kid Yamamoto.
